"I was born in 1946, and am living in Basel. I'm not a trained artist, but has always been creatively active. From 2000, I was responsible for the art collection at UBS in Northern Switzerland. In 2002, I attended lithography courses at the School of Applied Arts Basel Lithography courses and practised acrylic painting. I am delighted that you like some of my work. As I am committed to no style, I select many different subjects for my paintings. In 2011 I had an exhibition in Arlesheim BL and in 2015 in Basel. My creative activity is my desire and a hobby – some people think I am selling my work too cheap: they argue that what costs nothing, is worth nothing, but in my eyes the value or appreciation of a work depends always on the viewer or purchaser ".
